General FAQ
How much space does setup require?
8' x 8' is Ideal. With no backdrop we can fit into a smaller space.
Is there an onsite Attendant?
Yes, one of our well dressed teammates will be there early to setup and stay with the booth for the duration of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly and guest have a great time.
Is Early Setup Included?
Yes, we will arrive 2 hours before our designated start time and will not break down until our service time has ended.
What is the cost?
Prices vary due to the diverse nature of events such as guest count, duration, and the required features. Please contact us for an easy quote.
ARRAY F.A.Q.
Are prints included?
This is priced as Digital Only, but we can add the option to print the still images as a 4x6 print or photo strips.
Is a backdrop required?
No, we find that the Array is enhanced with an open background or natural setting. We do use LED lights, so we would'nt want it facing a direction where this could be a distraction.
Are there options for Social Media sharing?
Yes! Included in the Array is an online gallery where guests can easily share to Social Media. Instant options include Email and Text so that the images get onto the guest's device first, which makes Social Sharing more effective. An event hashtag can be prepopulated.
